About me: Hello there my name is Alina 👋 I am a certified indoor cycling instructor, certified group fitness instructor, as well as a Kinesiology student from the GTA! When I was 12 years old I began my fitness journey completing YouTube workout videos in my bedroom, that summer I joined the gym and tried my first indoor cycling/spin class and my passion for exercise sparked.
